Due to imitation turbo outlook is made likely a GENUINE turbo. The QUALITY cannot be check by outlook, so the BEST way is buy through a trusted & reputed turbo dealer.

A repair turbo can last closely to a Genuine New turbo because it was repair under strictness quality control.
4. Regarding Warranty Issue ?
Generally ,turbo manufacturers do provide warranty for OEM market ( those fitted in new vehicle) , but they DO NOT provided warranty for aftermarket use.
Please read through the letter by manufacturers.
What can I do, since manufacturers do not provided warranty for aftermarket use?
Special warranty policy can be provided by Tong Turbo under specify team and conditions.

5. Where to get a proper machanic?
No doubt, there are good & bad machanics. We do have a well records workshop and they are recommended under request. Anyway, owner should have conversation & agreement with stated workshop before owner send in their car. In the other way, if you have a well record workshop and would like to share with others. You can recommend to us , we might able to provide proper turbo training to them. In this way, workshop will know more about turbo and able to serve you better.
6. What additional maintenance is required for the turbo?
Good, clean oil is extremely important to the turbocharger. It is best to change the oil and filter at least as often as the automobile manufacturer recommends.
7. I have being use a used turbo , a repaired turbo and even a New turbo but still not solving my vehicle problem yet. WHY??

8.Will Tong Turbo provide installation turbo?
Yes, we do our own workshop to do installation for most of the car. For those car which need SPECIAL equipments and tools, we will recommend customer to a proper specialist workshop.
9.How long does it take to repair or recondition a turbocharger?
It normally takes 1-2 days provided with ex-stock spare parts. Difficulty of the repairing progress will also take in to consideration. We do provide immediate exchange convinence which means you trade in your unit and take our recon unit with cost of repair your turbo.
11.What is the purpose of an oil catch tank?
An oil catch can’s purpose is to catch oil blow-by gasses that can eventually create a carbon and oil sludge build-up in the intake and turbo. It is more suitable/ common to use in diesel engine than a petrol engine.
